About this course
This course equips employees, managers, and safety professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to recognize warning signs, respond effectively during an active shooter incident, and contribute to a safer, more prepared workplace. Learners will explore the prevalence and unpredictability of active shooter events, understand behavioral warning signs, apply the Run, Hide, Fight framework, develop emergency action plans, and support post-incident recovery.
