About this course
This course introduces learners to Individual-Directed, Outcomes-Oriented Planning for Individuals (IDOOPI)—a person-centered approach to care that prioritizes the goals, preferences, and self-determination of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Participants will explore how to listen effectively, promote self-advocacy, and collaborate in creating individualized plans that reflect what matters most to each person. The course emphasizes empowering individuals to lead their own planning process and achieve meaningful outcomes.
