About this course
This course gives every employee a working understanding of corporate compliance: what a compliance program is and why it matters, the legal, ethical and regulatory standards it protects, the code of conduct and policies that put it into practice, common risk areas such as fraud, bribery, harassment and data privacy, how to report a concern, and the protections that apply to whistleblowers. Scenario-based practice and a knowledge check reinforce how compliance shows up in day-to-day work.
