About this course
This course equips managers and supervisors in healthcare and support professions with the knowledge and practical strategies to recognize, prevent, and manage workplace stress—for themselves and their teams—while fostering a supportive and resilient work environment. Learners will explore the types, causes, and effects of stress, identify unique stressors in healthcare, and apply evidence-based techniques to promote well-being and resilience.
