About this program
The NADSA Direct Care Academy is the national credential and career path for adult day services direct care workers, delivered by Training and eTracking Solutions in partnership with the National Adult Day Services Association. One enrollment unlocks all three credential levels — DCW-I Foundations, DCW-II Skilled Practice, and DCW-III Advanced Practice & Mentorship — including the full curated course library, cumulative accredited-hours tracking, and the Testimonial Workbench where supervisors recognize competency demonstrated on the floor.
