About this course
This course equips Delegating Registered Nurses in Maryland assisted living facilities with the knowledge and skills to perform resident assessments, delegate tasks safely and legally, and ensure compliance with state regulations. Learners will explore Maryland-specific requirements, the resident admission and assessment process, principles of delegation, supervision of unlicensed staff, and strategies for maintaining compliance and high-quality care.
