Carly Bruski is a licensed social worker with 15+ years in non-profit and human services, specializing in person-centered, trauma-informed care. She leads national partnerships, develops sustainability strategies, and speaks at conferences nationwide.
Her expertise includes working with immigrants and refugees across older adult services, intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Immigration Coalition.
Carly holds dual bachelor's degrees in Journalism and Women's Studies from Penn State and an MSW from Temple University. In this session, she explores how trauma impacts aging and why person-centered approaches are transforming human services organizations.
