Julia Schwan

Julia Schwan is an operator focused on financial strategy, internal operations, and execution for growing businesses. Her work blends finance, HR, product strategy, reporting, and process design to help teams scale with structure.

Julia began her career in corporate finance supporting the Office of the CEO at SAP while earning her MBA in Marketing and Finance. She later led finance at Jump 450 Media through budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, cross-functional operations, team leadership, and a majority stake acquisition by Omnicom Media Group.

As COO of Training & eTracking Solutions, Julia builds financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, hiring, payroll, commission, and team operating systems for the company.
