About this course
This course serves as an Introduction to Guardianship for a Individuals who may be incapacitated, have intellectual or developmental disabilities, or lack appropriate cognitive reasoning. In this course you will learn about the different types of guardianship, when the need for guardianship may apply, and the legal implications of the various types of guardianship.
