NADSP eBadge Certification — DSP-I
Foundation level. NADSP requires 15 total e-badges including 50 hours of accredited education and at least one Core Competency e-badge in each DSP-I area. Courses you complete here count toward those hours — TeTS is an NADSP Accredited Education provider.
One organized view of what each learner has completed, what is still due, and what needs to be renewed.
Pathway curriculum
Each module shows the training or evidence that satisfies a requirement, when it is first due, and how often it must be renewed.
Preventing crises where possible and using safe, respectful intervention practices when they occur — de-escalation, positive behavior support, and trauma-informed response.
Mapped training
Keeping the people you support — and yourself — safe: environmental safety, infection control, safe transportation, and emergency preparedness.
Putting the person at the center of every support decision — honoring preferences, strengths, and goals in planning and everyday practice.
Supporting physical and emotional well-being: medications, nutrition, health conditions, and knowing when and how to act on changes.
NADSP requires 50 cumulative hours of accredited education for DSP-I. Every course in this pathway counts; hours carry across levels. Courses without a stored hour value count as 1 hour.
