About this course
This course equips Maryland assisted living RNs, facility managers, and unlicensed staff with the knowledge and skills to conduct comprehensive resident assessments, delegate nursing tasks safely and legally, and maintain compliance with state regulations. Learners will explore the legal framework, principles of delegation, assessment processes, documentation standards, and best practices for communication and resident-centered care.
