Nevada — ADSD Developmental Services DSP Training
Tracks the staff-training elements of Nevada's Developmental Services Standards of Service Provision (Section B), audited by ADSD and the regional centers when certifying Supported Living and Jobs & Day Training providers under DS Policy 41-2. Requirements follow the state's own standards and ADSD policies (including Policy 44-1 mistreatment reporting) — not an invented curriculum. TeTS maintains an ADSD-accepted, crosswalked ANE curriculum aligned element-by-element to DS Standard B.10.a and Policy 44-1.

Pathway curriculum
Each module shows the training or evidence that satisfies a requirement, when it is first due, and how often it must be renewed.
Training on all Policy 44-1 forms of mistreatment — physical, sexual, verbal/mental abuse, neglect, exploitation, excessive force, improper or unauthorized restraint, aversive interventions, isolation, abandonment, and serious injury of unknown origin — with signs, symptoms, risk factors, and prevention for each, plus every employee's duty to report (immediate one-hour person-to-person verbal report, written DS Incident Report within 24 hours, NRS 200.5091-200.50995 obligations). TeTS maintains an ADSD-accepted ANE curriculum crosswalked component-by-component to B.10.a and Policy 44-1 (accepted August 2026).
Mapped training
Training on the rights of individuals receiving developmental services — dignity, choice, privacy, and freedom from coercion — as required by the Standards of Service Provision staff-training elements audited during provider certification.
Training in person-centered thinking, planning, and service delivery for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, per the DS Standards staff-training elements.
Training covering health and safety of individuals served — safe environments, infection control/universal precautions, fire and emergency procedures — per the DS Standards staff-training elements audited at certification.
Training on incident identification, documentation, and the Policy 44-1 reporting chain — immediate protective actions, one-hour person-to-person verbal report, DS Incident Report within 24 hours, and notifications to the regional center, law enforcement, guardians, and ADSD serious-occurrence reporting.
Staff who administer medication must complete the ADSD Provider Medication Administration Certification program. State-gated certification — tracked here as external evidence, not deliverable as an online course.
