Idaho — DHW DSP Training
Tracks Idaho's staff-training rule for developmental disabilities agencies under IDAPA 16.03.21 § 302, whose core topics are required both initially and annually, plus CPR/first aid before working alone (§ 302.02), participant-specific pre-service training (§ 302.03), and Department-approved medication assistance (§ 405). Requirements follow the state's own rule, not an invented curriculum.

Pathway curriculum
Each module shows the training or evidence that satisfies a requirement, when it is first due, and how often it must be renewed.
§ 302 requires disaster and emergency-safety training initially and every year thereafter, documented in the personnel record.
Mapped training
§ 302 requires ANE recognition and reporting training initially and annually.
§ 302 requires training on participant rights, advocacy, and confidentiality initially and annually.
§ 302 requires behavior-intervention training initially and annually; positive behavior support coursework satisfies the knowledge portion (any agency-approved restraint curriculum remains agency-verified).
§ 302 requires fire-safety training (with drills for centers and ARCFs) initially and annually.
§ 302.02 requires CPR and first-aid certification before a staff member works alone with participants; hands-on certification is tracked as external evidence.
§ 302.03 requires documented participant-specific training before serving each individual; person-specific by nature, so tracked as external evidence.
§ 405 requires staff who assist with medications to complete a Department-approved training course; state-approval-gated, so tracked as external evidence.
