About this course
This course provides learners with essential knowledge and skills in Incident Management and the Prevention of Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation. Participants will learn how to recognize, respond to, and report incidents that threaten the safety or well-being of individuals under their care. The course emphasizes proactive prevention, appropriate reporting procedures, and the Direct Support Professional’s (DSP) responsibility to create safe, respectful, and supportive environments free from harm or mistreatment.
